Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies was the first film of a stage show to be captured in such a unique way. Whilst keeping everything live, the show was captured with cameras on the stage and close to action to give the viewer access to images not normally seen live. This intimate and filmic approach, coupled with the sumptuous production design, incredible live performances, and grand score, make the film a groundbreaking milestone for future theatre films.
